Casa Brighenti is a small, modern apartment facility.
It is located in the picturesque town of Porto di Brenzone in a quiet panoramic setting surrounded by olive tree groves with an amazing view over Lake Garda.

The house is about 200 m away from the town center, and consists of 4 apartments. The shore of Lake Garda is hardly 20 m away.
 

Casa Brighenti has a large pier on the lake - for the exclusive use of its guests - with sun beds and chairs.

All apartments face the lake, and are comfortably furnished. Every apartment has its own garden of more than 120 sqm. In addition, there is a large shared garden with olive trees and a barbecue. The house basement provides ample space for storing surfboards, bicycles, etc.

All apartments are on the side facing the lake, and are comfortably and functionally furnished. Every apartment has a spacious living and dining area with kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds or one double bed, a sofa bed in the living room, bath with shower and hair dryer, garage for two cars.

The kitchen is equipped with a cooker (4-plate hob) and baking oven, pots and pans as well as plates and glasses for 8 persons.

All apartments have satellite TV, washing machine, electric iron & ironing board, tables and chairs (indoors and outdoors) and an own garden area for individual use. Moreover, Apartment C and D have a covered balcony.

In addition, there is a large shared harden with beautiful olive trees and a barbecue. The house basement provides ample space for storing surfboards, bicycles, etc. All apartments are suitable for families with up to 4 persons.
