The ideal location of our house offers a wide range of sporting activities, such as sailing, wind surfing, kite surfing, swimming, mountain biking, tennis, etc. There are numerous water sports schools and sporting centers nearby. 

What's more, you can take wonderful walks with unique panoramic views, and make excursions to the Monte Baldo or to the neighbouring cities of Verona, Trento, Rovereto, and Mantua.
 

Alternatively, day trips to Venice or to the fashion metropolis Milan – both are about 160 km away  – will be memorable experiences.
